Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Wai Phyoe Food Production and Distribution.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the payment, delivery, order, and return policies outlined below.
Payment & Delivery
Within Yangon: We offer both Door-to-Door delivery and Highway Bus Gate delivery options. For Door-to-Door Delivery: You can choose either Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid options. For Bus Gate Delivery: The product amount must be Prepaid. The bus gate fee must be paid by the customer upon picking up the package (Freight Collect).
Payment & Delivery
Other Cities: Orders will be shipped via highway bus gates. The product amount must be Prepaid. The bus gate fee must be paid by the customer upon picking up the package (Freight Collect).
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on the item quantity, weight, and delivery location/township. For home delivery orders within Yangon, the final delivery fee will be displayed on the checkout page.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled directly on the website. To request a cancellation, customers must contact the official Wai Phyoe Facebook Page Messenger and provide their Order ID. Cancellation Limitation: Once the ordered items have been handed over to the courier/delivery service, order cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Change of Delivery Address
To change your delivery address for free, please contact Wai Phyoe Facebook Page Messenger immediately while the order status is 'PREPARING'. Once an order reaches the 'WAITING SHIPMENT' status, any address changes will incur additional delivery fees charged by the courier, which must be 100% paid by the customer.
Out of Stock / Inventory Issues
If the item you ordered is out of stock or faces production issues, our Customer Service will contact you immediately. We will help you replace it with another item or cancel the order and give you a refund.
Order Rejection
If you order with Cash on Delivery (COD) and reject the package without a valid reason, or place fake orders, your account and phone number will be blocked from future purchases.
Return & Refund Policy
As Wai Phyoe fried beans are food products, we do not offer refunds after purchase. However, if you receive the wrong item or an expired product, you can exchange it within 24 hours of delivery by providing proof (photos/videos). Items with opened packaging cannot be exchanged.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your items are damaged during delivery, you must record an unboxing video when you receive the package. Please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours with the video, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, transport conditions, or other unexpected events beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your shipping method. For home delivery orders within Yangon, it will take about 4 days. For bus gate orders, the estimated shipping time is around 2 days.
Bus Gate Order Collection Terms
For orders shipped via highway bus gates, customers must collect their packages at the designated bus gate by providing the exact Name and Phone Number used during the order placement. If the bus gate requests a bus gate receipt (waybill), or if the customer requires a copy, it can be requested by providing the Order Number via Wai Phyoe Facebook Page Messenger.
Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes are only valid during the promotion period, and you can only use one code per order. Promotions and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Privacy, Data Usage, and Marketing Consent Policy
Privacy & Marketing Usage Policy Data Collection & Usage: By using our website and placing an order, customers agree to let Wai Phyoe collect necessary personal information, including name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. Consent for Marketing Purposes: Customers consent to receive promotional updates, special discounts, product announcements, and newsletters from Wai Phyoe via Messenger, SMS, Email, or website notifications. Data Security Commitment: All collected customer data will be strictly used for service improvement and marketing activities by Wai Phyoe only, and will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
